




**Job Objective**: Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing actions, including market research, advertising and promotional campaigns, aiming to project the company's image and increase sales. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Conduct market research, including questionnaire preparation, guidance to researchers, fieldwork monitoring and auditing, data tabulation and analysis of results. · Assist in preparing direct mail campaigns by creating mailing lists and drafting content for promotional materials. · Maintain contact with the press for distribution of press\-releases, creation of news stories about the company, scheduling and coordinating journalist visits. · Monitor the graphic production process of advertising materials, such as offer leaflets, including verification of offered products, preparation of photos and other graphic details. · Monitor each stage of the production process for "VT" and other materials for radio and television advertising, including time buying, tracking insertions, and invoice payments. · Identify locations for billboard placement in coordination with the sales management. · Organize events such as seminars, exhibitions, and conventions, developing schedules according to the objective and target audience in each situation. · Draft institutional advertising materials together with consultants, producing manuals, brochures, notice boards, posters, circulars, newsletters, signage, and other communication-related materials. · Maintain contact with sponsors of events involving promotion of the company's name. · Control sales-related data and results; Perform other related activities at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, aiming to serve the company's internal and external clients.
