Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct critical analysis of internal and external operational data to support analysis and actions related to the creation, revision, and/or updating of department-defined procedures and service standards. * Monitor the implementation, updating, and maintenance of area indicators. * Support the development of procedures and service standards. * Assist in developing and executing continuous improvement programs and projects, acting as a consultant for various support processes. * Support departments regarding routines, processes, and products, always aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * And other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Experience in administrative/financial areas. * Advanced Excel knowledge. * Proficiency in chart creation and report analysis will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Employment regime: 8-hour shifts. * Coverage: 24x7\.
