We are looking for a professional who can contribute to reducing the company's receivables delinquency. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer messages regarding updated amounts with interest via WhatsApp; * Generate remittance files of the previous day's sales in the form of payment slips from the system by store; * Collect payments for invoices paid via PIX and/or customer receivables deposits through WhatsApp; * Conduct collection and negotiation with customers from the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 according to the daily schedule; * Perform inclusion and exclusion of customers in Serasa; * Issue receivables reports (return of completed collections) and forward them to the Financial Department management. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Experience in collections; * Negotiation skills and active listening.
