**Description:** **Responsibilities:** Conduct technical inspections and diagnostics of building pathologies in residential and commercial buildings; Prepare expert reports and technical reports; Provide technical support to departments/sectors; Plan and coordinate renovation and maintenance projects, applying methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, or Lean Construction; Manage schedules, budgets, and technical teams; Control risks and quality in renovation, structural reinforcement, or retrofit projects; Validate measurement reports, quantitative spreadsheets, and schedules; **Requirements:** **Bachelor’s Degree:** Civil Engineering **Specialization:** Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Building Pathologies **Required Courses:** AutoCAD / PMBOK / Scrum / Lean Construction Knowledge of building pathologies; Knowledge of project management or planning; Driver’s license, Category B; Valid NR-35 certification; Willingness to travel; **Minimum Experience:** 5 years or more.
