Monitor and validate measurements and service contracts. Produce management reports, assess deviations, and suggest corrective actions. Coordinate construction teams (foremen and supervisors). Align expectations, demand results, and train the team. Ensure effective communication between the construction site and the office. Proactively reduce waste. Ensure compliance with designs, standards, and specifications.
