Join us in transforming lives through Education and Work! **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Understand the institution’s programs, objectives, and potential social impact; * Deliver classes aligned with institutional guidelines, program objectives, and established curricula; * Share theoretical and practical knowledge across various fields to enhance professional qualification of adolescents and young people; * Facilitate the teaching-learning process, stimulating adolescent and youth development, conducting pedagogical assessments and interventions, and referring cases to the multidisciplinary team whenever necessary; * Guide young people in overcoming challenges and achieving learning objectives; * Stay updated on educational practices and advancements in the field of teaching to incorporate new approaches, methodologies, and technologies; * Collaborate with other instructors and the pedagogical team to ensure coherence and quality of the work performed; * Maintain all information related to executed programs up to date in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Knowledge of teaching methodology; * Prior experience working with young people; * Previous classroom teaching experience; * Availability on **Fridays, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM** **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance/parking at the location or transportation voucher (VT); * Meal voucher (VR). The Paraná Company-School Integration Center (CIEE/PR) was founded on August 14, 1967. It originated from an initiative by a group of educators and entrepreneurs concerned about the mismatch between professional training and students’ readiness to enter the workforce. It holds dozens of registrations with Municipal Councils for Children and Adolescent Rights and Municipal Councils for Social Assistance—essential conditions to fulfill its mission of strengthening human and social development.
