Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing service quality, planning operations, and coordinating the setup of construction sites and post-delivery technical assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze service quality and execution time. 2. Plan and control production operations. 3. Coordinate post-delivery technical assistance for construction projects. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Civil Engineering or related fields is preferred; * Basic knowledge of Excel; basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Prior experience in the civil construction field. Responsibilities: * Analyze service quality and time spent on each phase; * Plan and control operations at production centers; * Interpret project documents, reports, and construction records; * Participate in the setup of construction sites, defining physical locations according to the project, assembling teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution; * Coordinate requests for post-delivery technical assistance; * Perform activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
