**Job Description:**

Manage the headquarters warehouse (CDE), maintaining strict control over material, tool, and equipment receipts, issues, storage, and transfers; Serve as a reference for other site warehouse clerks, supporting process standardization, inventory control, and best practices in storage and management; Develop, manage, and control material, tool, and equipment issuance and delivery, maintaining strict tracking of item location, usage, and return; Monitor material requirements across construction sites, facilitating communication between warehouses and the procurement department; Oversee, control, and manage logistics for item movement between construction sites and headquarters, ensuring appropriate material dispatch and timely fulfillment of site needs; Manage, analyze, and control inventories submitted by construction sites, identifying inconsistencies, evaluating optimization opportunities, and proposing improvements; Conduct, analyze, and control headquarters inventory; Prepare reports on material movements and inventory control, focusing on continuous process improvement; Support construction teams in physically organizing warehouses per company guidelines; Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and planning departments to ensure proper material flow. Monitor material requirements for each construction site, ensuring timely supply aligned with activity planning; Develop control reports and performance indicators for the warehouse department; Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental standards in storage and handling processes.
**Essential Requirements:**

Relevant work experience;
Basic knowledge of inventory control, storage, and material handling.
Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP).
Driver's License Category B
**Desirable Requirements:**

EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION OR ELECTRICAL SECTORS;
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or Materials Management.
