Performance evaluation and continuous feedback for development **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented professional for the position of **Physiotherapy Course Preceptor**. If you are dynamic, proactive, and possess the qualifications we seek, we want to meet you! **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with postgraduate studies in the relevant field; Desirable: Postgraduate studies in orthopedic physiotherapy, pelvic physiotherapy, aquatic physiotherapy, or neurological physiotherapy. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Direct Supervision: Accompany residents/interns during patient care, ensuring safety and quality of service. Pedagogical Guidance: Guide patient history taking, physical examinations, procedures, therapeutic interventions, and medical record documentation. Performance Evaluation: Periodically assess residents' learning progress, competencies, and technical skills. Feedback: Provide ongoing (constructive) feedback on technical and behavioral performance. Integration: Facilitate students' integration into the healthcare team and the community. Ethics: Assume ethical responsibility for supervisees' actions and for adherence to protocols. **BENEFITS:** Preceptorship stipend commensurate with the course workload (PJ payment) and a preceptorship certificate issued upon completion of activities.
