We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for supporting vehicle loading and unloading activities, ensuring cargo organization and safety while adhering to internal procedures and quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify the feasibility of the vehicle to be loaded or unloaded; * Clean the vehicle's ballast; if necessary, organize the truck bed, separating corner ropes and tarpaulins from the vehicle to be loaded; * Report the number of tarpaulins and ropes present on the vehicle and inform the checker; * Load products for transportation; * Secure, cover, or tarpaulin the cargo according to the vehicle type; * Assist the driver and park the vehicle when requested; * Transport pallets from receiving bays (originating from transfers received from Head Office) to the storage area (drive-in and pallet-rack zones); * Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment, following IRRF’s adopted safety norms and procedures; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation conditions, as well as ensure proper and safe use of equipment in your work area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; * Knowledge of material handling, storage, and equipment; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Birthday bonus; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Profit-sharing program; * Family kit; * Life insurance Being part of a remarkable story like Raymundo da Fonte’s fills us with pride in who we are and in our consistently growing and sustainable results.
