Opportunity: **Sushiman** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Reside in João Pessoa or Cabedelo \- PB; * Minimum 6 months of proven experience in the role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * + Prepare Japanese cuisine dishes; + Select, clean, and cut fish and seafood, ensuring the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients; + Ensure hygiene, food and equipment preservation, complying with food safety standards; + Monitor inventory and product expiration dates; + Fulfill customer orders; + Work collaboratively in a team; + Adhere to personal and workplace hygiene standards.
