The Administrative Assistant role focuses on supporting the company's operational and administrative routines, directly handling document control, internal service delivery, process organization, support to finance, commercial, and human resources departments, as well as ensuring smooth workplace operations through execution of essential day\-to\-day organizational tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: * Requesting and tracking purchase orders and organizing materials; * Maintaining organized physical and digital files and managing document digitization; * Processing small payments and monitoring collection bills, following internal procedures; * Obtaining quotations and submitting approved orders to suppliers; * Supporting material receipt, verifying order accuracy, and assisting with returns when necessary; * Collaborating with the finance department on customer collections; * Assisting the HR department with tasks such as time sheet verification, payroll slips, and overtime bank control; * Supporting inventory control, assisting with goods receipt and dispatch between headquarters and branches; * Performing external tasks, such as picking up and delivering documents to customers, banks, and public agencies; * Keeping customer and supplier records updated in the company system; * Controlling and approving minor daily expenses; * Temporarily covering other departments during vacations or absences.
