Inventory management and monitoring of logistics KPIs The **Grão-Pará Broker**, Nestlé’s official representative in the region, is seeking a **Logistics Analyst** with experience in the **MH (Manhattan WMS)** system to control, monitor, and optimize logistics processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, achievement of performance indicators, and operational compliance. Main Responsibilities * Operate and provide support for MH (Manhattan WMS) system routines. * Manage non-conforming products, tracking blocks, segregations, handling procedures, and final disposition per internal protocols. * Issue fiscal invoices for goods receipt and movement, ensuring fiscal and operational compliance. * Monitor and analyze the OTIF (On-Time In-Full) indicator, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to improve service levels. * Perform inventory reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy between physical and system inventory balances. * Manage inventory movement recording, ensuring correct accounting of logistics operations. * Monitor receiving, storage, picking, inventory counting, and shipping processes. * Prepare management reports and track performance indicators (KPIs). * Analyze and resolve systemic and operational inconsistencies. * Collaborate with Transportation, Planning, Tax, Quality, Production, and IT departments to ensure process efficiency. * Propose continuous improvements to increase productivity, reduce losses, and optimize logistics flows. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with MH (Manhattan WMS) and SAP systems. * Knowledge of inventory management, stocktaking, and warehousing processes. * Experience issuing fiscal documents and managing goods movements. * Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and recordkeeping management. * Experience monitoring logistics KPIs, especially OTIF. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
