Shift scheduling and material control ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Supervise and guide services performed at workstations, following established directives; * Monitor employees at workstations and verify timeliness in performing assigned tasks; * Track consumption of all materials used at workstations to execute services, promptly notifying the contract manager whenever consumption proves insufficient or inappropriate; * Assign tasks and verify the quality of completed services; * Report activity-related information to the contract manager, as stipulated in the contract; * Prepare rotating shift schedules for employees at workstations semiannually or whenever necessary; * Appropriately implement planning, execution, and ongoing supervision of services to ensure correct and effective operations, carrying out tasks meticulously and consistently; * Issue appropriate warnings or even request replacement of contracted personnel who fail to follow instructions, commit acts of insubordination or indiscipline, disrespect superiors, disregard received orders, or neglect their obligations; * Ensure services proceed normally, adhering to regulatory guidelines; * Monitor, inspect, and guide proper use of uniforms and equipment; request replacements from the contracting party for worn-out or unserviceable items, and ensure timely replenishment according to established deadlines; * Manage time sheets of contracted personnel, verifying daily accuracy of entries; * Conduct clarification meetings or briefing sessions for employees, among other duties within the team leader's scope. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed High School education; Experience in team leadership; Proficiency in Excel; Availability to work in a hospital environment; Availability to work upon call. ### **BENEFITS** Meal allowance; Transportation voucher (electronic pass); Life insurance. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
