We are looking for an **HR Assistant** to support departmental routines, ensuring organization, process compliance, and support for employees and leadership. You will work with the **Alterdata and Sólides systems.** **Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up); * Assist with **onboarding, integration, and offboarding** of employees; * Support **HR department** routines (time tracking, benefits, vacations, leaves of absence); * Maintain updated **HR records, spreadsheets, and documents**; * Support **training initiatives, organizational climate activities, and internal marketing**; * Provide employee support, clarifying questions regarding internal processes; * Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of **HR/HR department routines**; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the HR field; * Experience with HR management systems; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/voucher allowance; * Health insurance (if applicable); * Opportunity for professional development.
