We are looking for our new **STORE MANAGER (WITH EXPERIENCE)**: *Responsibilities*: * Conduct store managerial and operational planning; * Monitor all processes to ensure compliance with established standards; * Gain in-depth knowledge of your point of sale and all store areas to identify needs; * Plan and implement actions to achieve store targets; * Plan and implement corrective actions to pursue continuous process improvement; * Manage your staff (schedules, targets, motivation, etc.); * Train and develop your staff; * Familiarize yourself with the equipment and information system programs available to you; * Provide support to your sales team in performing their duties; * Verify cash register closing; * Monitor inventory flow; * Collaborate with the visual merchandiser considering store needs; * Identify repair requirements regarding equipment, furniture, painting, renovations, cleaning, etc., and report them to the General Manager. *Requirements*: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in footwear retail is a plus.
