Main Responsibilities: * Plan and execute sales strategies to increase productivity and achieve established targets; * Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring a motivating and productive work environment; * Monitor and evaluate results, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure excellence in customer service, consistently striving for customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Manage conflicts, maintaining a healthy organizational climate and appropriately resolving issues; * Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays in stores; * Perform inventory management tasks, including stock control, restocking, and product organization; * Serve as the liaison between the sales team and the Marketing team, providing relevant market and customer profile insights. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics sector; * Proven ability to manage teams with a results-oriented focus; * Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse and unexpected situations; * Strong argumentation and negotiation skills with internal and external customers; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices; * Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is considered a plus.
