**Customer Service and Technical Consulting** * Provide customer service at the counter, by phone, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and email, adopting a consultative and technical approach. * Identify customer needs and advise on the application of steel products (plates, profiles, rebar, tubes, mesh, among others). * Ensure an agile, accurate, and quality-aligned customer experience according to Paraferro’s standards. **Commercial Management and Sales** * Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals, considering technical specifications and stock availability. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, quantities, and payment terms in accordance with current commercial policies. * Conduct structured follow-up on proposals and drive sales closure. * Suggest complementary products to promote cross-selling and increase average transaction value. **Processes and Information Registration** * Register all customer interactions and negotiations in the system (ERP/CRM), keeping information updated and complete. * Issue sales orders and verify all data before submission to billing. * Monitor stock availability, cutting deadlines, and loading schedules. * Support the logistics department in aligning deliveries with customer requirements. **Relationship Management and Portfolio Development** * Act consultatively to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships. * Manage active accounts, reactivate inactive customers, and identify new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date on new materials, product launches, and technical specifications applicable to the iron and steel market. **Market Monitoring and Managerial Support** * Monitor market prices and trends to identify opportunities and potential commercial risks. * Report demand trends, purchasing behaviors, and relevant insights to the commercial manager.
