




Restaurant seeking a Kitchen Coordinator professional in Belém (Campina). The Point do Açaí Group is a retail chain specializing in açaí and related products. It offers a variety of açaí options, accompaniments, and desserts to its customers. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring organization, discipline, and optimal operational performance. Plan, execute, and monitor the preparation of traditional dishes from Pará’s cuisine, guaranteeing authenticity, flavor, and quality standards. Ensure proper preparation of regional ingredients (such as Amazonian fish, maniçoba, tucupi, jambu, among others), respecting traditional techniques and sound gastronomic practices. Manage inventory, food receipt, and storage, with special attention to the seasonality of regional ingredients. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitary surveillance regulations. Develop and update technical specifications, standardizing recipes and portion sizes. Collaborate with management on the creation and adaptation of typical and seasonal menus. Reduce waste and optimize costs without compromising dish quality. Train and develop the team, promoting knowledge of Pará’s culture and gastronomy. Monitor preparation time, dish presentation, and customer satisfaction. Position based in Belém / PA.
