




Job Summary: Store manager for women's retail, responsible for team management, sales strategies, inventory control, and achievement of targets in a shopping mall environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in women's fashion retail **Previous experience in shopping malls and stores targeting female customers (apparel, accessories, footwear).** **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and manage the store team, controlling work schedules, timekeeping, vacation rosters, performance, and sales results. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store KPIs and objectives. * Monitor, analyze, and present daily results to the team, including revenue, items per customer (IPC), average transaction value, average sales per employee, and conversion rate. * Control merchandise and packaging inventory, performing required record-keeping and form completion. * Supervise, and when necessary, perform store opening and closing procedures. * Conduct periodic team meetings to review sales performance and management matters. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes. * Accurately apply commercial legislation and internal policies regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds. * Support the team in resolving customer complaints and delivering high-quality customer service. * Manage teamwork, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment. * Recommend merchandise order lists to senior management, considering customer demand and product turnover. * Manage product mix to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Monitor product exchanges, ensuring correct application of internal policies. * Organize and store daily cash closing files in designated drives. * Achieve sales targets through continuous training, guidance, motivation, and feedback to the team. * Conduct performance evaluations to identify training needs and support employees’ career path development. * Monitor daily communications and announcements on the company website and retailer portal. **Job Challenges** * Ensuring achievement of store KPIs and targets. * Keeping the team engaged and aligned with current rules and policies. * Mastering product knowledge and specifications to confidently guide the team. * Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and best sales practices. * Developing commercial strategies to increase foot traffic, boost in-store traffic, and improve profitability.
