




**Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure excellent customer service aligned with brand standards, hotel requirements, and external certifications (e.g., LQA); * Supervise and guide dining room and bar teams, promoting a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to service techniques, cleanliness, and organization; * Conduct training sessions, briefings, and meetings to align processes and improve team performance; * Manage administrative routines: inventory control, material requests, work schedules, timekeeping, cash handling, and billing; * Ensure the application of safety, hygiene, and loss prevention protocols across all restaurant operations; * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., F\&B, events, kitchen) to ensure service integration and customer satisfaction. **Education, Qualifications, and Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Proficiency in Portuguese communication: speaking, writing, and reading (mandatory). * Proficiency in **English:** speaking, writing, and reading (mandatory).
