About the On-Site Cable Splicer Position in Belém/PA At WLAN, the Cable Splicer is responsible for building and organizing the optical and metallic cabling infrastructure that supports our network. Responsibilities * Install, secure, and organize optical and metallic cables on poles, conduits, and buildings; * Perform identification, splitting, and splicing of optical fibers according to technical specifications; * Assist in installation and maintenance tasks on external networks; * Follow safety procedures and technical standards during operations; * Collaborate with the technical team in executing network projects and expansions. Requirements * High school diploma; * Mandatory certifications: NR10 and NR35; * Prior experience in fiber optic splicing and testing is desirable; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Availability for travel within the operational area.
