Job Summary: This professional will assist in preventive/corrective maintenance of communication systems, support installations, conduct technical visits, provide customer service, and collaborate with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for maintenance and installation of communication systems. 2. Conducting technical visits and customer service. 3. Collaborating in quality processes and workflow procedures. · Assist maintenance technicians with preventive/corrective maintenance of repeaters, mobile radios, and data links; perform signal quality tests according to dates specified in contracts; · Support technical visits to facilitate project implementation and evaluation of installed equipment; · Assist in installing data links, repeaters, mobile radios, and fixed stations; · Support daily service orders: execute tasks and record materials used; · Assist in technical laboratory maintenance, including replacing minor components and cleaning portable radios; · Use ERP applications and software on computers or mobile devices, accurately entering information into Service Orders and collecting customer signatures; · Drive the company vehicle and travel for business purposes to other municipalities and states, or via other ground or air transportation; · Submit travel expense reports; · Receive and return equipment used for installation, maintenance, or demobilization activities to inventory; · Provide customer service by delivering necessary information related to the activities; · Support the branch team during internet-related technical visits whenever required; · Collaborate with quality processes and workflow procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum 1 year of experience in this role · Completed high school education. Technical courses in Electronics, Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or related fields are preferred.
