Prepare and administer medications Perform all nursing assistant-exclusive patient care activities in compliance with biosafety standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide comprehensive patient care under your responsibility according to the care plan, addressing patients' needs for hygiene, privacy, comfort, humanization, and safety, per established protocols. * Confirm the patient's full identification. \- Prepare and administer medications to patients (excluding contrast agents), and perform low-complexity procedures as prescribed by physicians. * Assist nurses and the medical team when required, within the scope of your responsibilities. * Comply with Clinical and Patient Safety Protocols. \- Observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms; perform nursing documentation; and report any changes. * Instruct and prepare patients and/or companions regarding examinations, confirm patient identity, and collect relevant information necessary for examination execution. * Prepare and organize procedure rooms. * Perform internal transfers together with transport assistants to the destination department, accompanying patient transportation. \- Ensure continuity of care through shift handover and receiving reports. \- Record in medical records, noting date, time, and patient treatments and/or incidents. * Assist in organizing medical records, maintaining all documents in chronological order. * Record pending patient-related issues in the Incident Logbook, along with other information requiring team awareness. * Prepare and maintain materials required for medical and nursing activities. * Comply with the prohibition on wearing jewelry in the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed Nursing Assistant course and ACTIVE registration with the professional council. * Experience in healthcare, including internship experience.
