Overview The Logistics Analyst is responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service and efficiency in material management, contributing to the smooth operation of the company's logistics activities. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Service Order Handling (ORD):* Receive and process ORD requests from internal and external customers; * Ensure all ORDs are fulfilled accurately and within the established timeframe; * Provide support and status updates to customers regarding their ORDs; * Effectively resolve issues and discrepancies related to ORDs; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with ORDs. 2\. Goods Receipt:* Verify invoices and purchase orders against received goods; * Check the integrity and quantity of received products. * Enter product invoices into the system. 3\. Database Management:* Monitor and report on SIM card consumption; * Perform reconciliation of operator databases; * Interact with operators to carry out line replacement activities; * Open service tickets with operators; * Process line cancellations and suspensions with operators. 4\. Collaboration and Communication:* Collaborate with other departments to meet material requirements; * Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues related to goods receipt; * Procure products; * Negotiate and request quotations for product purchases; * Obtain quotations for services, laboratories, and spare parts replenishment; * Analyze operator invoices; * Resubmit invoice disputes by opening tickets with operators' support systems. Experience:* Experience handling service orders; * Experience managing SIM card databases; * Experience conducting periodic inventories; * Experience processing inventory receipts and issue requests; * Experience using inventory management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools; * Experience obtaining transportation quotations. Qualifications:* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Familiarity with the TOTVS system is a plus.
