Display issue (my daughter hit the watch against the screen). The casing is slightly bent due to a chronic issue with the older Samsung tablet S-series line; replacing the display allows the technician to restore it to its original flat shape. I had never experienced any problems before, even while bent—the issue that occurred was caused by my daughter hitting it.
