Technical support to the team and diagnosis of complex failures Job Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Technical Consultant Assistant for Trucks, responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers and providing accurate solutions for maintenance, repairs, and vehicle-related guidance. About the position * Commission-based salary; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * TotalPass; * Educational institution discount program. * Monday to Friday (business hours); Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in heavy vehicles/trucks. * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and customer focus. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with management systems. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in consultative customer support, identifying needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions. * Monitor workshop services, ensuring correct execution of repairs and maintenance. * Assist in preparing detailed technical estimates, explaining required services and delivery timelines to customers. * Provide technical support to the mechanic team when necessary. * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and services in the company system. * Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding service status and ensure post-service satisfaction. * Uphold quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer standards. * Support diagnosis of complex truck failures using specialized tools and software. Minimum Education: Technical Degree Driver's License: Class B
