




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for managing service tickets, providing remote support, and assisting with IT infrastructure installation and maintenance. Manage service tickets and work orders **Requirements** - Hold a technical degree in Computer Science; - Reside in Santa Isabel do Pará; - Possess driver's license category AB **Responsibilities** - Open, process, and close service tickets daily using ticket management software to maintain records of all interactions and support provided to internal and external customers; - Provide remote technical support to customers daily via chatbot software to quickly and efficiently resolve basic issues, answer questions, and fix errors related to hardware, software, and network connectivity; - Open, process, and close work orders daily using registration software to maintain records of all interventions performed on customer equipment; - Assist with installation of network infrastructure, computers, and CCTV systems whenever required to resolve incidents or fulfill customer requests; - Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, cameras, and network infrastructure whenever required, following internal procedures to ensure continuity of customer operations; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.689,84 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
