Manage payroll operations, interfacing with accounting departments or systems to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy. Develop and implement processes, routines, and checklists to standardize operations and enable future operational delegation. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal company policies. Serve as the technical reference on labor-related matters, supporting executives and leadership teams.
