The primary objective is to ensure agile fulfillment of operational and technical positions while maintaining candidate profile quality and providing close follow-up with new hires through the completion of their probationary period. Industry: Automotive **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Process Management:** Oversee all stages of recruitment, from initiating the job requisition with the hiring manager through to final candidate selection. * **Screening and Interviews:** Screen resumes, schedule candidates, and conduct interviews (in-person or online) to validate candidate profiles. * **Probationary Period Monitoring:** Monitor new employees during their first three months, serving as a support resource for both managers and new hires during the onboarding phase. * **Position Closure:** Ensure open positions are filled according to the required profile, concluding the process by collecting documentation and supporting integration. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Practical experience conducting interviews and group dynamics. * **Skills:** Strong interpersonal communication, calendar organization, and empathy when interacting with candidates and managers.
