If you are eager to learn and grow within a highly standardized environment, join our People \& Culture team. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * **Recruitment Support:** Posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * **Employee Experience:** Supporting onboarding organization and preparation of welcome kits. * **Internal Communication:** Assisting in drafting announcements and supporting endomarketing initiatives. * **Administrative Tasks:** Organizing personnel files, managing document control, and updating indicator spreadsheets. * **Analyst Support:** Directly assisting the People & Culture team with their operational needs. **Candidate Profile** * Execution-oriented, organized, and detail-focused; * Comfortable handling administrative routines; * Quick learner. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology or Human Resource Management (from the 2nd semester onward). * Organized, proactive profile with strong written communication skills. * Desire to learn about standardized processes and organizational culture. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **What We Offer:** * Internship stipend: BRL 600.00 * Transportation allowance; **Location** * Rua Boaventura da Silva, 1521 – Umarizal, Belém/PA Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: Starting from BRL 600.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education Level: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
