Handle tire and wheel service for heavy-duty vehicles. #### **About the position:** We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Alignment Technician to join our team. The Alignment Technician will be responsible for ensuring the stability, safety, and performance of our customers’ vehicles by performing precise diagnostics and technical adjustments to steering and suspension systems. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive diagnostics and technical alignment of steering and suspension systems on heavy-duty vehicles (trucks), as required. * Operate and calibrate computerized alignment equipment, ensuring adjustment accuracy. * Inspect and identify wear or failures in suspension, steering, and tire components—such as shock absorbers, springs, kingpins, tie rod ends, and bushings. * Perform wheel balancing when necessary to optimize tire performance and lifespan. * Complete service orders and technical reports clearly and in detail. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation and equipment. * Handle tire and wheel service for heavy-duty vehicles. * Provide support and clarify customer inquiries regarding performed services. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience as an Alignment Technician for heavy-duty vehicles (trucks). * Technical knowledge of truck suspension and steering systems. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category B. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge and experience in wheel balancing. #### **Desirable (preferred) qualifications:** * Technical course in Mechanics or related fields. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category D. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday * 08:00 to 18:00 * Lunch break: 1 hour and 12 minutes * Extended coverage for persons with disabilities (PCD)
