Perform installation and maintenance activities Internship for students of Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, and related undergraduate programs (university-level only) Stipend: BRL 1,200.00 \+ BRL 21.75 (daily transportation and meal allowance) Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 11:45 AM to 6:00 PM OR from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM with a 15-minute break Location: Near the Hauer terminal Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the Technical Support area, help clarify technical questions, assist in resolving issues, support and monitor activities related to the Technical Support department, perform installation and maintenance tasks, assist with telephone support and incident registration, and guide and clarify technical questions for customers regarding incidents.
