Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze system error messages, conduct tests and simulations on training databases, replicating the same scenario; * Create FAQs to guide customers step-by-step; * Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and Zendesk Portal. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets. Desirable Requirements * Experience in finance-related areas; * Experience with information technology.
