Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan daily operations (number of vehicles, team allocation, volume handling, route optimization, etc.); * Manage teams to ensure service level; * Monitor and analyze KPIs (pickup, delivery, volume scanning, electronic signature, labeling, APP confirmation, incidents, indemnifications, working hours), taking action when required; * Collaborate with Sales, Operational Control, Traffic, Customer Service (SAC), and other branches by providing information and handling related matters; * Ensure compliance with work instructions (cargo labeling, damage handling, etc.); * Maintain service level standards for partners (agents and affiliates); * Conduct periodic team meetings to review KPIs.
