Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, quotation preparation and scheduling, and business prospecting, ensuring goal achievement and customer retention. Customer prospecting and retention Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Provide customers with information regarding delivery estimates, service areas, status of deliveries for consolidated shipments, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring effective handling of all contacts; * Schedule pickups in accordance with negotiated terms to ensure cargo consolidation and effective execution of requested services; * Prepare quotations for customers seeking EPC services, converting inquiries into confirmed services, supporting customers across all communication channels provided by the company, adhering to commercial policies as well as EPC campaigns, procedures, and manuals, thereby ensuring successful implementation of quotations; * Proactively contact existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty and increase both pickup requests and active quotations, ensuring effective achievement of organizational targets; * Develop in-depth knowledge of each market served by EPC—and/or specifically the market under their responsibility—to enhance new shipment opportunities and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth; * Ensure the company’s visual identity layout is preserved in commercial proposals and correspondence, and verify alignment with agreements made with the customer.
