We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, providing solutions that ensure our customers’ success across key industries shaping the future of the world we live in. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, execute, and monitor in-person, online, and hybrid training programs; * Manage T\&D operational activities (scheduling, logistics, registrations, attendance lists, and communications); * Liaise with and monitor vendors; * Control training costs, contracts, and records; * Update T\&D reports, metrics, and tracking systems; * Support management and updates of the Learning Management System (LMS); * Administer and consolidate training evaluations; * Develop content, materials, and facilitate training experiences; * Lead T\&D programs aligned with the organization’s global and local strategies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management / DHO preferred; * Prior experience organizing and delivering training (in-person and online); * Experience liaising with and monitoring vendors; * Experience updating reports, spreadsheets, and metrics; * Experience in internal communications, content creation, and internal events; * Familiarity with or hands-on experience using LMS platforms; * Instructional Design and Competency-Based Management knowledge or experience preferred; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel and PowerPoint; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Willingness to travel occasionally; * Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and ability to execute tasks autonomously; \- Availability to work onsite in downtown Curitiba \- PR.
