Execute payroll processing. Perform calculations related to vacations, 13th salary, and contract terminations. Manage employee benefits and working hour tracking. Prepare and submit auxiliary obligations of the Human Resources department. Conduct employee onboarding, leaves, and offboardings. Maintain personnel files and documents updated in accordance with current legislation. Previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
