




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures, auditing processes, handling non-conformities, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support continuous improvement. Opportunity to assist in developing analytical methodologies. **Mission:** Develop standard operating procedures across various departments to ensure continuous process improvement through internal and external audits, management of non-conformities, identification of process improvement opportunities, and delivery of training to employees. Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements. **Experience:** Experience in university or industrial laboratories. **Education:** **Minimum:** Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. If the undergraduate or technical degree is not yet completed, a minimum of one year of proven laboratory experience is required. **Knowledge:** Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP), routine physicochemical analyses, intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite, academic/scientific writing, operation of laboratory equipment, environmental monitoring. Desired: Basic English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure smooth laboratory operations while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices, and meeting scheduled deadlines for routine analyses; * Perform routine analyses while ensuring data integrity and assisting in investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results; * Assist in developing analytical methodologies, troubleshooting, and deviation investigations; * Assist in developing protocols and reports; * Coordinate, when necessary, activities involving quality control and in-process control; * Maintain laboratory organization, implement the 5S program, and manage procurement of reagents and supplies; * After training, perform environmental monitoring (swab and plate sampling) and instrumental analytical tasks (maintain calibration, verification, and qualification up-to-date); * Release products/raw materials both electronically and physically; organize inventory upon request; * Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by actively participating in committees when requested; * Ensure laboratory cleanliness and maintenance, and comply with mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); * Perform other duties pertinent to the position as assigned; * Carry out responsibilities in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures; * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and training sessions when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and difficulty level, or as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Perform responsibilities in alignment with Maxinutri’s culture and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are manufactured and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions to ensure Food Safety in accordance with Maxinutri’s culture, applying established Food Defense and Food Fraud standards defined by the Quality Department; * Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines internal norms, guidelines, and rules.
