




Job Summary: Occupational Safety Technician to conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS), safety inspections, coordinate the emergency brigade, participate in CIPA, and manage PPEs and waste. With an experienced team, it aims to help organizations achieve their goals efficiently. **Responsibilities:** Safety and Prevention: Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS) with operational and administrative teams. Perform periodic safety inspections across company departments. Identify hazards and implement preventive actions. Develop awareness campaigns on health and safety. Emergency Brigade: Coordinate brigade activities. Organize training sessions and evacuation drills. Conduct inspections of safety equipment and devices. CIPA: Attend CIPA meetings and support related tasks. Contribute to organizing SIPAT. Support prevention campaigns and initiatives. PPE Management: Monitor inventory and request PPE purchases. Distribute PPEs and record delivery on individual forms. Supervise proper use of equipment by employees. Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents using structured methodologies. Prepare reports and propose corrective and preventive actions. File CAT (Work Accident Communication) when necessary. Environmental Management: Ensure proper waste disposal with issuance of MTR (Waste Transportation Manifest). Monitor waste segregation areas. Manage documentation and companies responsible for waste collection. Integration and Training: Conduct safety orientation for new employees and service providers. Deliver occupational safety training. Document Management: Administer and monitor mandatory occupational health and safety documents, such as PGR/LTCAT/PCMSO. Tasks relevant to routine duties of an Occupational Safety Technician. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Supervisor, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
