Job Summary: Vellon is seeking an Operational Technical Supervisor to plan and coordinate technology migrations, assess impacts, and monitor systems post-migration. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizing post-migration performance and documenting processes. **Vellon is looking for an Operational Technical Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** * Migration Planning: Develop and implement detailed plans for technology migration, including schedules, resource allocation, and definition of critical process stages; * Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate technical teams responsible for migration execution, ensuring all activities are carried out according to the established plan. * Impact Assessment: Analyze and evaluate the impact of migration on existing systems and services, identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate potential issues. * Post-Migration Monitoring and Adjustments: After migration, monitor systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, making necessary adjustments to optimize the performance of the new technology. * Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the entire migration process, including plans, procedures, issues encountered, and solutions implemented, for future reference and compliance. **Desirable Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience with optical network infrastructure, Points of Presence (POPs), and technology migration. * Knowledge of OTDR, FTTH networks, and cabling standards. * Leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** Market-competitive remuneration Meal allowance Co-payment health insurance Free internet up to \- 250 Mbps, subject to feasibility Courses on the FiberSchool e-learning platform Career development plan
