Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Analyst to join the Automax team, focusing on generalist HR department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Raja Gabaglia, No. 2222 – Estoril Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **About the position:** We are looking for an HR Analyst to join the Automax team. We seek a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in generalist HR department routines. **Main responsibilities:** \* Perform onboarding, vacation, termination, and benefits enrollment routines; \* Assist with payroll processing entries; \* Support, when necessary, labor calculations, social charges, and taxes; \* Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation; **Requirements:** \* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; \* Proven experience in the field (benefits, onboarding, time tracking, etc.); \* Familiarity with HR management tools and systems is desirable, preferably TOTVS RM; **What we offer:** Starting salary: R$ 3,000.00; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * On-site cafeteria with full meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Medical and dental assistance (monthly fee + co-payment) * Partnerships with universities and fitness centers (Pratique Fitness) * Sports incentive program Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Have you worked with the TOTVS RM system?
