Team coordination and implementation of improvements Description: What we are looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Valid and permanent Category B driver's license. Important but non-essential requirements: * Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel; * Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, SewerGEMS, and WaterGEMS. Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Monitor and control activities associated with projects, planning, costs, and documentation, managing the schedule and ensuring tasks are assigned to appropriate resources, completed on time, and within budget; * Monitor, analyze, and validate work performed by designers to ensure proper project application; * Prepare terms of reference as needed, maintaining proper documentation; * Technically evaluate and validate supplier proposals received for studies, projects, and construction works, ensuring their feasibility; * Provide construction cost estimates and project quantity takeoffs to support management decision-making prior to project commencement; assist the construction team with project-related queries; supervise construction works to ensure correct execution; * Develop budgets and service compositions, and control construction costs to meet initial project targets; * Report project outcomes under your responsibility to Capex and Operational Management through managerial reports; * Implement improvements in project management workflows, introducing innovation and delivering optimal solutions for the company; * Manage documentation, deliver Data Books and As-Built documentation (project document control) for operations, keeping records updated per operational needs; * Coordinate the area under your responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). 2512040202181000165
