Define and optimize maintenance methods for improved performance Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Manage maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for facilities and services, ensuring equipment, materials, infrastructure facilities, and building facilities are available for use; * Advise on acquisition and implementation of new technologies; * Define and optimize maintenance means and methods to enhance facility and/or service performance; * Coordinate and train teams of technicians, technologists, and engineers; * Receive, organize, delegate, and monitor work orders; * Organize and plan administrative and maintenance processes; * Develop studies and process projects; * Ensure product and service quality; apply occupational health and safety standards and procedures; * Satisfy internal and external customers; * Develop and enforce preventive maintenance plans; * Coordinate machine and equipment improvements; * Coordinate and supervise third-party activities; * Understand processes and performance indicators within the area of responsibility; * Perform maintenance on machines and equipment; * Ensure quality and safety standards; * Participate in periodic meetings and audits; * Complete forms, records, and issue periodic reports. 251111020218477937
