Propose innovations and adjustments for continuous improvement HIRING: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL We are expanding our Engineering team and looking for a specialist professional to work on the development and enhancement of our industrial projects. If you possess expertise in automation and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement, this position is for you! **JOB OBJECTIVE** Develop industrial electrical projects focused on automation (PLC and HMI), ensuring the creation of efficient, high-quality products fully compliant with current technical standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Advanced Automation:** Develop, program, and configure automation systems using PLCs and HMIs, performing all required tests and validations. * **Projects and Schematics:** Prepare, interpret, and review electrical schematics (single-line, multi-line, and functional) according to technical standards. * **3D Modeling:** Design and model electrical panels in **SolidWorks**, defining layout, sizing, and space optimization. * **Integrated Systems:** Work on integration between electrical and hydraulic systems, ensuring compatibility and operational safety. * **Technical Compliance:** Apply standards such as **NR-10, NR-12, and ABNT**, ensuring projects meet legal requirements. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose innovations and adjustments based on performance analysis and operational needs. * **Maintenance and Diagnostics:** Perform failure analysis on automated systems and propose corrective/preventive actions. * **Field Support:** Oversee panel assembly, installation, and testing, and provide technical support to production and maintenance departments. * **Documentation:** Prepare reports, manuals, and technical records to ensure information traceability. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related fields. * **Essential Knowledge (Proficiency):** PLC/HMI programming, reading electrical schematics, and technical standards. * **Desirable Knowledge (Familiarity):** SolidWorks for electrical panels, Industrial Hydraulics, and Industrial Automation. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** We seek a proactive problem-solver who prioritizes life safety, ethics, commitment to deadlines, and excellence in service delivery.
