The professional will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing the company's social media content, with emphasis on engagement, audience growth, and brand strengthening. Responsibilities include producing text, images, and videos; scheduling posts; interacting with followers; monitoring metrics; analyzing campaign performance; and proposing creative strategies to improve digital results. We seek candidates with completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields, possessing strong writing skills, creativity, organization, and familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Basic design knowledge (e.g., Canva or similar tools) and fundamental video editing skills are required. Proactivity, aesthetic sense, and the ability to track trends are essential for this role. As a plus, prior experience in the field, knowledge of paid traffic, copywriting, and social media scheduling and analytics tools are considered advantageous.
