As a Maintenance Coordinator - Navigation, your responsibilities will include: * Managing supervision and technical maintenance teams for navigation; * Managing assets under your responsibility; * Overseeing technical training and team development; * Planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Monitoring maintenance performance indicators and cost controls; * Monitoring and managing key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate strategy effectiveness; * Managing the execution of predictive and preventive maintenance plans, implementing new technologies to optimize maintainability and reliability of company assets; * Preparing managerial reports; * Assisting in planning, procurement, and negotiation activities within the department; * Acting as a liaison with suppliers and service providers; * Facilitating fleet expansion projects and implementation of new technologies; * Ensuring compliance with government laws and regulations; * Following up on quarterly audit processes according to internal schedules; * Ensuring compliance with HBSA standards and procedures, safeguarding company assets; * Ensuring the Integrated Management System (SGI) complies with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environment) standards; * Reporting on SGI performance and identifying improvement opportunities; * Ensuring the integrity of the SGI is maintained when planning and implementing changes to the system. 2510170202241814461
