Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, and maintaining resources for recreational activities, equipment assembly, and event support, ensuring the department's functionality. Support for events and third-party service providers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Daily sorting, verification, delivery, receipt, sanitization, and storage of all resources required for recreational activities; Daily preparation and provision of all resources required for recreational activities (e.g., music and video organization, document printing, etc.); Daily setup and dismantling of recreational activities according to guidelines; Setup of audio and video equipment following training instructions; Setup of thematic decorations as required by the recreational program or an event; Daily receipt, verification, and storage of all purchase requests and warehouse requisitions; Attending to and accompanying third-party service providers whenever necessary (e.g., tents, bands, DJs, etc.); Organizing and cleaning resource storage areas; Performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance on departmental equipment (audio, video, and lighting) whenever necessary; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Agility Attention Energy Organization Incomplete High School Education **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- Not Applicable **Salary:** ------------ $1,980.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Seniority bonus; Health insurance; Meal allowance at work; Transportation allowance.
