The **Occupational Safety Technician** will be responsible for promoting worker safety and health, ensuring the work environment complies with regulatory standards and safe practices. Their role involves identifying, assessing, and controlling risks to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. **Responsibilities and duties** * CIPA process – Internal Accident Prevention Committee; * Issuance of CAT – Work Accident Communication and investigation analysis; * Control of PPEs – CA, records; * Relevant training for the area; * Issuance of PPP – Occupational Profile; * Issuance of OS – Service Order; * Monitoring of audits and inspections; * Control of first aid supplies; * PGR – assessments and implementation; * Absence control; * Medical station usage control; * ASO control; * PCA control; * Implementation of PPSP; * Environmental actions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed education as Occupational Safety Technician; * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive attitude; * Deliver tasks within required deadlines; * Knowledge of regulations; * Empathy, good communication skills, presentation, and tolerance in conflict management; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Possession of CNH B will be an advantage. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, mobility of upper and lower limbs, ability to sit for extended periods while performing duties, and occasional movement within administrative and supply areas of the airport. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for reading physical documents and interacting with internal integrated company systems, and auditory perception for answering phone calls from employees and suppliers. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data and graph interpretation, and initiative in solving causal situations.
