**About the position:** We are seeking an **Artífice** to carry out **small renovations and repairs** in various residential and commercial areas. The professional will be responsible for performing maintenance and improvement services, ensuring that all work is completed with quality, precision, and within established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of structures and finishes, such as walls, floors, coverings, doors, and windows; * Execute minor renovations in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms; * Apply techniques in painting, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work as required by the job; * Provide customer service, assessing needs and proposing appropriate solutions; * Work in an organized manner, maintaining a clean and safe working environment; * Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed during service execution. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in renovations and repairs, especially in masonry, painting, electrical, and plumbing work; * Basic technical knowledge to identify and solve problems involving different materials and finishes; * Skill in handling construction tools and equipment; * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; * Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality service; * Strong communication and customer interaction skills; **Advantageous qualifications:** * Knowledge of sustainable technologies or systems applied in renovations; * Experience in budgeting and cost control. **What we offer:** * Opportunities for growth and development within the company; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.683,78 \- R$2\.378,60 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
